1. Change an animals (pet, child, adult) behavior. (Remember the definition for learning:
A relatively permanent change in an organisms behavior due to experience
2. Record the manner in which you cause the behavioral change by noting the following:
The form of learning (classical or operantmust choose one or the other, cannot be
both!!!)
All of the steps it takes to change the behavior.
Include how many trials/attempts it takes to change the behavior.
REQUIRED: Document the behavioral change with video footage. You can
show this in class if youd like!!
3. Re-test! Return to the subject at least 24 hours later and observe if the behavior change
has been maintained, and if it has not, attempt to cause the subject to reacquire the
behavior.
Again, record all steps and trials, and use the correct terminology in your application.
4. Choose TEN (10) LEARNING TERMS which describe your work. Apply your

experiment to these terms. Complete the attached chart by writing the


vocab term and its application.
