ORDER:
In the reference cited, the Chief Engineer/Rural Zone / Hyderabad has
requested to accord sanction for purchase of office furniture to the newly
formed offices under SE/OMC/ Mahaboobnagar Circle and issue
authorization for an amount of Rs.3,93,675/- (Rupees Three lakhs ninety
three thousand six hundred and seventy five only) for arranging payment.

After careful examination
and
as
per T.O.O.(Addl.Secy-Per)
Ms.No.146, Dated:22.10.2007, the Chairman & Managing
Director/
TSTRANSCO hereby accords administrative approval and authorization
for an amount of Rs.3,93,675/- (Rupees Three lakhs ninety three thousand
six hundred and seventy five only) towards procurement of office furniture for
newly formed offices under SE/OMC/ Mahaboobnagar Circle.
3.
The expenditure for an amount of Rs.3,93,675/- (Rupees Three lakhs
ninety three thousand six hundred and seventy five only) may be met from
Cash Grants released under capital head to field units for procurement of
furniture and materials for office subject to availability of Budget
Provision.
4.
The Chief Engineer/Rural Zone/ Hyderabad is requested to take
necessary action.
