Warm-up
Tt introduces the class giving to the Ss the concepts of moral values, written in papers which are
divided into two parts, and when the teacher says ready, they will stand up from their seats and will
look for the another student who has the other part of the concept when they complete the
concept they will write it in the board and a video culture of peace
Teaching procedures
Presentation: History about forty years of civil war and violence in Guatemala and how was the
process of signing the peace and inclusion of moral values in a culture of peace
Controlled practice:
the teacher asks questions about the concepts of moral values previously written on the blackboard
Semi controlled practice:
With volunteer pair of students, Tt does an activity called back to back one of the student is going to
receive a pictures with different moral values and he/ she is going to describe the picture to the
other students and the other S. will write what kind of moral values the other student is describing
Free practice:
In group of three the Ss will write a paragraph of ten lines with the theme why is important to
apply the moral values in a culture of peace and they are going to expose it
c Closure: video about Song with the theme , signing of the peace
Feedback: quotes about moral values
Formative/ Summative check: sheet with the quotes of moral values
Student Participation: what they think about famous quotes
Homework: research about the human rights
