Dear Parent(s):

Greetings! The 2014-2015 academic school year is underway and all the

students here at our school are on the road to success. It has been my pleasure getting
to know all of your students and to work closely with their classroom teachers.
Unfortunately, as of September 8, 2014, Ms. ________, will no longer be working for the
School District. She will be missed and we wish her well.

With that, we will have the pleasure of having Ms. __________working with your

students until a permanent placement is finalized. We will be seeking out the best
candidate to meet the needs of your students! Please know, that in no way will the
academic rigor be compromised through this transition and I will be there to support all
student learning. We are very lucky to have ___________ step in, and wonderful things
are already taking place under her guidance.

Additionally, we will still be going on our field trip to Western Arizona Regional

Medical Center on Friday, September 12, 2014. Please make sure to turn in your childs
