Unsustainable Communication:

Corporate social responsibility (CSR), also known as corporate responsibility, corporate citizenship,
responsible business, sustainable responsible business (SRB), or corporate social performance,[1] is a form
of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. Ideally, CSR policy would function as a built-in,
self-regulating mechanism whereby business would monitor and ensure its adherence to law, ethical standards,
and international norms. Business would embrace responsibility for the impact of their activities on the
environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere.
Furthermore, business would proactively promote the public interest by encouraging community growth and
development, and voluntarily eliminating practices that harm the public sphere, regardless of legality.
Essentially, CSR is the deliberate inclusion of public interest into corporate decision-making, and the honoring
of a triple bottom line: People, Planet, Profit.

SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and
Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture
or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving that
objective. The technique is credited to Albert Humphrey, who led a convention at Stanford University in the
1960s and 1970s using data from Fortune 500 companies.

A SWOT analysis must first start with defining a desired end state or objective. A SWOT analysis may be
incorporated into the strategic planning model. An example of a strategic planning technique that incorporates an
objective-driven SWOT analysis is Strategic Creative Analysis (SCAN)[1]. Strategic Planning, including SWOT
and SCAN analysis, has been the subject of much research.

• Strengths: attributes of the person or company that are helpful to achieving the objective.
• Weaknesses: attributes of the person or company that are harmful to achieving the
objective.
• Opportunities: external conditions that are helpful to achieving the objective.
• Threats: external conditions which could do damage to the objective.

 এখোোনই পথম ধোপ েশষ। িকছুকন পর Windows XP নতুন ফোইল কিপ করোর পর, কিমউটোর পুনরোয় চোলু করোব।

Step-2: Continue the Installation

 Windows XP নতুন ফোইল কিপ কোর পুনরোয় চোলু হোব। এবং installation process চলোত থোকোব। এই অবসোন
েথোক আপিন আপনোর মোউস পোয়নোর েক বযবহোর করোত পোরোবন। িকছুকণ পর Regional and Language Options
page পদশরন করোব। default settings েরোখ Next Click করন। আপিন Regional and Language
Options গোলো উইোনোজ একিপ েসটআপ েশোষ Control Panel েথোক পিরবতরন করোত পোরোবন। িনোচর িচতিট লক করন…..

 আবোোরো Next Click করন।

 এবোর Your Product Key page আসোব। আপনোর কয়কৃত Windows XP CD এর েমোড়োক েযই িসিরয়োল
নমরিট েদয়ো থোকোব েসিট কমোনোয় িরোখ িদন। চোইোর িনোচর িচোত দৃশযমোন িসিরয়োর নমরিট িলোখ িদোত পোোরন। পিত Windows XP
installation এ এই িসিরয়োল নমর িট িদোত হোব। তোরপর Next click করন। িনোচর িচতিট লক করন…..

 Computer Name and Administrator Password page আসোব। আপনোর পছনমত একিট নোম
