Week of September 14-20, 2014 Responsibilities: Started my first week of training. Learning the ins and outs of the job. Comments: It was just the first week so it was pretty easy. Week of September 21-27, 2014 Responsibilities: Second week of training and starting preparations for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Comments: I was excited to be apart of the preparations for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Week of September 28-October 3, 2014 Responsibilities: Given the task of creating the PowerPoint from Mrs. Agnews notes for her presentation at the Domestic Violence Awareness Month conference Comments: I love doing multimedia PowerPoints so I enjoyed putting the presentation together. Week of October 5-11, 2014 Responsibilities: Given the task of creating a potential ad that would be appealing to an military audience who is apart of the LGBT community Comments: As a member of the LGBT community, I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the military is being more involved in protecting the livelihood and rights of the military members who are apart of the LGBT community Week of October 12-18, 2014 Responsibilities: Create a factsheet to pass out during the Domestic Violence Awareness Month conference about domestic violence in the LGBT community Comments: I enjoyed attending the conference and learned so much more about my community Week of October 19-25, 2014 Responsibilities: Attend Domestic Violence Awareness Month events on the base, help plan Halloween events for the office Comments: This was an easy week, they allowed me to just enjoy the events of Domestic Violence Awareness Month Week of October 26-November 1, 2014 Responsibilities: Volunteer at the base hospital for the Halloween events they had for the children patients there Comments: While volunteering at the hospital was not a part of my job, spending time and getting to know the young patients was a great experience

Responsibilities: Started my first week of sensitivity training Comments: This training is what new employees go through when they get hired. It helps them learn how to work with victims of sexual assault and the proper procedures on reporting and handling it. Week of November 9-15, 2014 Responsibilities: Second week of sensitivity training Comments: I learned so much about sexual assault and how unnoticed it goes in the military because women and men are too scared to tell anyone in fear of their jobs Week of November 16-22, 2014 Responsibilities: Task with creating the Christmas party and door direction contest flyers Comments: More multimedia fun!!
