The undersigned do hereby agree to hold harmless the University of Nebraska Omaha, Wheelchair Sports USA, their
employees, members and agents, and members/officers of the Eastern Nebraska Wheelchair Athletic Association for any
loss or injury as a result of participation in the above mentioned tournament.
All players and coaches must sign this waiver prior to participating in the above mentioned tournament.
