Design, create, and facilitate K-12 staff technology training for a variety of hardware and software.
Create online training with video demonstrations, interactive simulations, forums, and wikis. Led the
implementation of a one-to-one computer initiative and coached teachers in new pedagogical
methods. Moodle LMS administrator and course designer. Administer and create district websites
using a combination of Weebly, Dreamweaver, DotNetNuke, and Google Sites and train others in its
use. Research, purchase, train, and oversee deployment of a wide variety of technologies. Write and
administer technology grants. Network system administrator for over 1000 users. Implement and
monitor the districts wireless network plan. Stay up-to-date with new research in educational

Course Title: Biology I
Currently designing and creating an online blended learning environment for a Biology
course in conjunction with the Biology teacher.
Online course elements include interactive quizzes, links to online textbook materials,
videos, interactive material, worksheets, and technology notes.
Course Title: Managing Moodle
Designed and created an online course for teachers to learn how to use the Moodle
Learning Management System. Teachers throughout the state have used this system as it
has been presented at various state conferences.
Online course elements include text tutorials with images, printable job aides, video
demonstrations, interactive simulations, a course Q & A forum, a sharing best practices
wiki, and shared user-contributed glossaries and databases.
Course Title: Google Web
Designed and created an online course for teachers to learn how to use and integrate the
schools Google Apps domain in their classrooms.
Online course elements included text tutorials with images, video demonstrations,
interactive simulations, and various using Google to teach Google elements, such as
shared items (calendars, documents, and collections), surveys, and features of Google Sites.
Course Title: Multimedia
Designed, created, and taught a high school course using the Moodle LMS.
Online course elements included embedded videos (created with Camtasia), interactive
simulations (created with Captivate and Adobe Presenter), discussion forums, collaborative
team wikis, online assignments and quizzes, group activities, web resources and glossaries.
