The Determination of Standard Time for Tofu Production in CV. Sumber Makmur, Sragen, Central Java David Rega Fhebri Humardani 1)Dr. Ir. Nafis Khuriyanti, STP. M.Agr 2) ABSTRACT Tahu Makmur is one of many companies which still apply manual system in their production process. The company is located in Sragen, Central Java. To find the amount of time used during all operations, standard time calculation becomes necessary so that the company can calculate the number of tofu produced within a day. In order that the standard time calculation can be conducted easily, the step which should be taken is finding out the cycle time in each working station. After that, data congruency and data adequacy tests are done. The next step will be the determination and calculation of rating factor according to Westinghouse system, also the normal time calculation. Standard time calculation done on Sumber Makmur production process shows the following data: 403.42 seconds on weighing process, 14,444.51 seconds on submersion, 838.88 seconds on washing, 136.75 seconds on milling, 295.23 seconds on boiling, 94.49 seconds on filtering, 427.92 seconds on coagulation process, 230.91 on the first molding, 37.45 seconds on cutting, and 43.44 seconds on the second molding.
