Mrs. Joy Bate who sisod the falling underoath at around 1235 pm the defendant, ANDRES AVALOS JR arved at Bayshore Baptist Church After eniving at hs location [ne detencent entered the business office ofthe church where he sat and talked with Mrs. Bate, Mrs. Bate an the |etendantaked for approximately twenty minutes.
