Instructions for knitting machine operation

1. Clean the machine & so rounding area before start the machine
2. Put the recommended drop of oil in cylinder & dial as instructed
by knitting supervisor machine wise & also put the 2 drops of
Mobil oil under the gear of cylinder & move in the mark direction
3. Use cotton yarn, nylon yarn, spandex yarn & elastic yarn as per
production order's instructions
4. Find out the reason of broken yarn and if its normal breakage,
knot the yarn. If you find any other reason, inform the foreman or
knitting supervisor
5. Take care of finish the yarn cone & change the yarn cone within
time to stop the machine.
6. If you find out any major/critical defect in the machine, stop the
machine & inform foreman or knitting supervisor.
7. Find our the reason for broken needle & replace the broken
needle with new needle as per instruction.
8. During normal machine setting, if you have any problem, inform
foreman/knitting supervisor & correct the machine in his
presence.
9. After doffing/cutting of each roll, check the width of fabric and
inspect the fabric as per inspection plan & product specifications.
10.
Weigh the each roll & fill the production slip & attache with
roll in poly pack envelope.

Do not keep the yarn on floor, keep the yarn on proper
marked place for yarn
