Surgical Management of Cholangiocarcinoma State of the Art and Beyond will be
presented by the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) on November 13, 2014.
The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation is hosting a webinar regarding the surgical management of
cholangiocarcinoma. During this interactive session, Dr. Kato, a renowned expert in liver and
intestinal transplantation and complex abdominal and hepatobiliary surgeries, will discuss about
the existing techniques for surgical management of cholangiocarcinoma.With his innovative
background in successful transplantations of both deceased and living livers, Dr. Kato will also
introduce the development of promising treatments and how these will change the dynamics of a
cure for cholangiocarcinoma in the future.
