Im doing a unit on nutrition with my grade five class. Could you please
find a suitable lesson plan that covers the topic of food groups and the
importance of balanced meals? (Provide a screenshot of the answer).
I Google searched Canada lesson plan grade 5 nutrition (not in
quotes) and found that my first result from Alberta Health Services
seemed like a good one. I would probably want to make sure with the
teacher first that this is a suitable lesson plan.

Our class has to read an opinion paper from 2002 by Ediger called The
Psychology of Reading Instruction. The prof said it was available on the
Internet but when I Google the title I can only find pay sites which refer
to a journal article. Where is the free opinion paper? (Provide a
screenshot of where its found).
I went to ERIC and searched the psychology of reading instruction.
The second result is the article available as a full text download.

Ive been assigned to read an article by Davies from the mid 1920s on speech
reactions. I think he took a behaviourist approach. What is its full citation? Is it
available full text online?
I first went to Google Scholar and searched davies speech reactions (no
quotations). One result was titled Speech reactions and the phenomena of aphasia
by AE Davies that was found on APA PsycNET, but was not free. I searched
EBSCOHost and ERIC for the same title, but with no results. After doing a regular
Google search for the title, it seems like there are no free full text versions available
online. The citation was on the APA PsycNet site, which is Speech reactions and the
phenomena of aphasia.

methods that shifts the role of the instructors from givers of information
to facilitating student learning. Traditionally instructors focused on what
they did, and not on what the students are learning. This emphasis on
what instructors do often leads to students who are passive learners
and who did not take responsibility for their own learning. Educators call
this traditional method, instructor-centered teaching. In contrast,
learner-centered teaching occurs when instructors focus on student
learning. . Learner- centered teaching places the emphasis on the
person who is doing the learning (Weimer, 2002). Learning-centered
teaching focuses on the process of learning. (Taken from the web

6. Find the complete citation for an article by Banducci published in 1999 whose
title is Proportional representation and attitudes about politics.
I went to EBSCOHost and searched the title in all the databases. It was in one journal
called Electoral Studies. Using the cite tool on the side of the page, the MLA citation
is Works Cited

About Politics: Results From New Zealand." Electoral Studies 18.4 (1999): 533-555.

7. In Canada, under which section in the Criminal Code is joyriding covered?
I used the Law Central Canada website listed in the bibliography. I clicked on
Canadian Law, then went to the Keyword Search. I chose the keyword Crimes and
offences, scrolled down to the Canada/Federal Resources, and clicked on the result
that was the Criminal Code of Canada. That took me to the Justice Laws website
from the government of Canada. I first tried searching within the act for joyriding,
and variations of the word which still gave me no results. I then searched stolen
vehicle (not in quotations) which gave me one result which was 333.1. After
reading that article and reading further down, I thought that article 335 was a better
fit. http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/page-164.html?

8. My friends grandmother, Violet Richardson, immigrated to Canada when she
was a child in the 1920s. Can you find out the name of the ship that she
arrived on and the arrival date? Also, what was her exact age when she
arrived in Canada?
I used the Canadian Genealogy Centre website from the bibliography. After some
searching around, I clicked on Immigration and Citizenship then clicked on
immigration, immigration records, home children, databases, home children
immigration records, then searched the database.
I typed in Richardson for surname, Violet for given name, and 192* for year of
arrival. I got one result. The ship she was on was called the Caronia and she arrived
July 1st, 1924. She was 11 when she arrived. http://www.baclac.gc.ca/eng/discover/immigration/immigration-records/home-children-18691930/immigration-records/Pages/item.aspx?IdNumber=104997&
