2-USE CASE: Login

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This use case will be used by actors to login and access the web
based system.

Wants to have a login to legally access the system as a rightful user.
PRE-CONDITIONS
Actors can only login if they have the username and password.
POST-CONDITIONS
If the use case was successful, the actor is now logged into the CR
system. If not, the system state is unchanged.

BASIC FLOW

1. The Actor is on the home page to login to the system.

2. The system promotes the actor to enter Username, Password.
3. The actor enters username and password, Click on Login Button
4. The system verifies that all the filled have been filled out and
valid

5. The system successfully logs in

EXCEPTIONAL FLOW
EX1: Actor enters invalid E-mail Address/Username.
a. Exception is triggered and shown to the user
Please enter valid E-mail Address/Username
EX2: Actor enters invalid Password.
a. The system displays an error message
Please enter valid Password
EX3: Actor forgot its Password.
a. The system displays an error message
You are not registered. Register now?
b. If User is registered, system will send a new recovery password
to their E-mail Address.
Ex4: All fields are not filled out and not matched to the username
and password.

A. The system notifies the actor a message Verify Username or

Password and then goes back or returns to step 4 of basic flow
to enter again.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Graphical UI.
Text must be visible from 1 meter.
System must respond within 3 seconds after registration process
is complete.
