The 2014 FIFA World Cup was supposed
to be the event that not only brought
football back 'home', but also
demonstrated Brazil's progress and its
ability to shine in the global spotlight.
However, by the looks of things, it is
turning into a public relations disaster

Better to under promise and over deliver
than the other way around.
If youre going to promote an event with
certain expectations, you better meet
them.
Expect setbacks and delays, and create
buffers where possible to protect against
those delays ruining your event.
As much as possible, plan ahead in order
to avoid a last-minute rush before an
event.

World Cup will not take place in Qatar due to
very hot temperature during the World Cup.
