Introduction / Warm-up

Talk about what we will be doing and safety factors
Warm-up with information on the warm-up sheet

Demonstrate workout stations
Students then pick a station to start at
Students workout for 40 seconds then 25 seconds off
Students will rotate after completing 2 of the activities
They will go through the stations twice

Circle around for introduction
Line up on baseline one partner behind the other

Make groups even for each station

Medicine balls, Power bands, Power wheel, C-band, Jungle Gym, Push-up belts, Sandbells, Agility ladder, Circuit

Safety Considerations: Using equipment properly, use appropriate weight, use proper form, dont snap the elastic bands at people
