decorate her class by put some of students projects on it. Through my observed for
teacher I noticed some different methods she used with her students, some of the
methods it was Violent. For instance, she used sometimes not daily reinforcement
charts with her students. According to Skinners, positive reinforcement reward
students when they work in a good way , that help them to avoid their behavior and
motivate them. (Skinner, B. F.1938). Also she used some real to teach students. That
is a good method. But for the violent method is, if the students are late from the class
or forget their book she have a stick sometimes hit them, or talk with them in loud
voice that students be afraid. So most of the she nervously when she dealing with
them.
However, I prefer to teach in girls school more than boys. Because as what I
saw through my training boys is more misbehave, and it is difficult to control them.
So they need more work, and use a different ways of strategies to attract and avoid
their misbehavior. While the girls easy to control, and use a different strategies with
them through the class in easy way. May could find some girls is make a misbehavior
but you can avoid it with easy strategies.
Effective instruction, it is a method teacher use it through teaching, that
students can be listen, discover, analyze, and then apply the information without any
help from teacher, they depend to themselves. However, have many skills and
strategies of effective instructions that teacher used to active students in classroom.
For example, planning for the lesson, use the reinforcement methods to encourage
students, ability to lead the classroom, Attract the attention of students, and have other
skills that can use it. That is one of the important way to get a fruitful classroom. As
Michael Fullan said, they said, to get a good and successful school, must have an

effective quality of teaching in classroom (Fullan,F, 2006). Do you think that way
for teaching will attract and encourage students for the teaching?
In addition, according to the development that have occurred in education of
our times, I will rely on some of these methods changes to improve my instructions,
to encourage and attract more students in classroom, and get a successful class. So, I
will use several of strategies and skills that help me to on my teaching students.
Namely, through my teaching I will use different of oral questions, to encourage
students in thinking and improve their critical thinking and collective thinking they
have. Also, I will change the methods that I used if lesson, to change the routine of
class, and attract the attention of the students. As Richard theory said, create
good materials for the learner, that will motivate them through the
learning process (Richard,2001). Furthermore, on the begging of the class,
between the stages of the lesson, and on the end of lesson, I will prepare different
activities for ice-breaker to activate students on class and change, didnt feel bored on
class. According to Renner said, Ice breaker help students to feel more confident with
teacher, can be speak and share without fear of laughter, and can be lead the learner to
respect and participate each other (Renner,2005). Depending on this theory, I
observed my teacher when she used ice-breaker with her students, and I saw how the
students response for the teacher, and how they feel confident when they speak with
her, she is to flexibility on the dealing with them. What is different skills can be used
for both gender in effective instructions?
In conclusion, each year the education be changes and become more
development. Such as, nowadays some of school they study in school with ipads and
Samsung tablet, they didnt use any book or papers. Also they most of learning they
depend to students thinking and talk more than the teacher talk. While in the past,

they was all study depend to the teacher talk, and students just listen and save.
However, you should be not depend all the time to teacher, you must the both they
have a responsible in study, and teacher make some activities to change for the
students.
