WORK EXPERIENCE:
Camp Counselor, Summer Parks Day Camp, Kendall Park, NJ, Summers 2004-2012
Managed a group of 16-25 children for 6 weeks out of the summer. Throughout the many years I
was a part of Summer Parks Day Camp, I quickly became promoted to senior counselor which
made me the head of my group. I created activities and managed a safe environment for each
student. As a counselor I was able to develop social and emotional needs of the children who
were in my group at that time. I was able to work with a range of ages which include grades
K,1,2,3,4, and 5. Each student had different needs that I was able to meet, and served as a mentor
to many of them.
Assistant Manager, TGiFridays, East Windsor, NJ, March 2014-Present
Starting out as a host in 2010 for TGiFridays in East Windsor, I was soon promoted to a serving
position and eventually became an assistant manager. This job entails managing many people in
different jobs throughout my shift. I managed the hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff,
while also handling all of the customers needs. There were times when my help was needed in
one area of the restaurant over the others so I would assist my team to the best of my ability,
whether it was to help host, or help cook in the kitchen. Working as a team has helped me
develop great communication skills and produce different ways to approach different people, and
situations.

Volunteered my first three years working as a counselor in training to help learn how to
manage a group of children
Volunteered for 5 years at an extended organization that began when Summer Parks
ended called Camp Willow. Camp Willow is specialized for children with autism. I
volunteered to help create activities for the children to partake in throughout the day, and
assisted the children to a water park at the end of the summer.
Emotionally develop the children with autism and help them work on their life skills
