With reference to your application dated 10.03.14 , we are pleased to inform you that we
are prepared to take you in our organization as Plumber cum Store Keeper on the
following terms and conditions :1. That you will be on probation initially for the period of six months from the date
of your joining. The said period of probation is liable to be extended by further six
months or depends on your performance.
2. Your duties will be to attend the plumbing project work and maintain the store at
the site deputed by us or client.
3. You will have to stay at the site till the work completes or as decides by our
organization.
4. As settled you will be paid the consolidated salary of Rs.9000/- per month.
5. You will abide by the service rules and the standing orders of the company/client.
6. A sum equal to one month salary will be payable by you , if you leave the service
without one month notice.
In case the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you , please sign the duplicate
copy in token of your having accepted the terms.
