We started manufacturing of metallic anchor and SS Fibers from last few years. These metallic Anchors and Fibers are manufactured as per customer's requirement. These Anchors are used in Furnace, Kilns, Tundish, Laddles, Boilers, Heaters, ete to support Refractory Lining. ‘At present we are manufacturing metallic Anchors in different shapes like V, Y, and UV shape. These metallic Anchors are also in corrugated shape and welded or in Y shape with nut and stud at bottom as well as in clamp shape and clits, The metallic Anchors are manufactured from 6mm / 8mm / 10mm dia, rod and in plate of various sizes. We manufacture Anchors as per customer's specified drawings. We also manufacture Stainless Steel items made from SS Plates, fabricated as per Customers requirement. We also supply Stainless Steel Nut, Bold, Washers, Studs, etc. ‘The raw material used is Stainless steel grade SS304, SS304L, SS310, SS309, $8316, SS316L, Inconal, Monal etc. The raw material is used as per customer’s requirement, Presently we have setup capacity for manufacturing of 2.00 lacs metallic anchor per month. We have various machines which include 9 nos of Power Press machines having capacity 10 to 50 tons, Hand Press 2 nos, Welding machines, dyes and tools, etc. We have skilled labors, with each having minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing of metallic Anchors and Fibers. We also manufacture S$ Fibers as per customer's requirement. The Fibers are corrugated in shape with different length & diameter of SS wire as per customer’s requirement. For this we have 2 Nos. of Fibers Making machines with capacity of 500Kgs/day each. We manufacture as per customer requirementdrawing and use tested raw material.
