    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Checkthebulbbyclampingthealligatorcliptothevehiclesnegative()batteryterminaland
    touchingthetestprobetothepositive(+)batteryterminal.Ifthetestlightglows,thebulbis
    working.Ifnot,replacethebulb.
    2. TurnthepowerONtothecomponentthatistobechecked.
    (TheignitionmayneedtobeintheONorACCESSORYposition.)
    3. Attachthealligatorcliptoagoodground.(Usuallythevehiclesframeoratthepointwherethe
    negativebatterycableends.)
    4. Completethetestbytouchingthecomponentwiththeprobeorbypiercingtheinsulationofthe
    componentswiring.
    5. Ifthetesterlightdoesnotglow,theneitherthecircuitisfaultyorpowerisnotreachingthecircuit.
    6. Repairanywiringinsulationdamagecausedbypiercingwithelectricaltapeorsilicone.
