Target reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20%, increase renewables in final consumption to

3. Inclusive growth

Target 75% employment rate for women and men aged 20-64, reducing school drop-out rates
below 10%, at least 40% of 3034-year-olds completing third level education, 20 million fewer people
in or at risk of poverty and social exclusion
