- One of the biggest ways our privacy is being invaded is through social media networks.
People should be aware that their privacy is not safe even though these networks make it seem
like it is. Facebook for example, now stores people's posts no matter how old they are that
anyone can look up and see, invading your privacy.

The internet article is much easier accessible than the journal article because I used the
google search engine and it was one of the top results; while the journal article needed a few

more steps to access it. I had to enter the library website, then search in the library database and
then look through lot in the future. s of journal articles to find it ( it wasnt among the top results
therefore I had to look around a lot).The internet article is more recent (Dec, 2014)and has been
updated, while the journal article is a year older (Jan, 2013) and hasnt been updated. The author
of the journal article is Derek S. Witte who is a commercial and financial services litigator, a big
firm refugee, an eDiscovery consultant and a former law professor. His experience with law
makes him more qualified on the broad subject of privacy than the writer of the internet article
Josh Constine, who has experience in the Cybersociology field.
