Sub. WARNING LETTER FOR POOR ATTENDANCE in Sem III.

Dear Parents,
It is to inform you that your son/daughter___________________________________,
who is studying in Automobile Engineering Department in Sem III is having overall
attendance of 50% in lectures / practicals, which is not to the mark as per the rules of
University of Mumbai. It has been observed that he/she is not attending the
lectures/practicals on regular basis resulting in willful negligence of rules and regulation
set by the institution.
Absenting from classes without prior intimation is a misconduct for which your
son/daughter is liable for necessary disciplinary action.
You are hereby requested to refrain him/her from such activities; failure to do so shall
invoke appropriate action.
You are further advised to see the undersigned with a written explanation on shortfall of
attendance as soon as you receive this letter.
Kindly treat this as very urgent.
