Dear Parents/Carers
I am writing regarding After School Club provision for this term.
The reverse of this letter shows the clubs we are running from January Easter
holiday. Please circle on the sheet to inform us of which clubs you would
like your child to attend.
All clubs are free with the exception of Baking Club. Numbers are limited to
twelve in this club. If you wish your child to attend, you must return
payment of 10 to cover the cost of ingredients for the term in an envelope
with your form.
Please return this form urgently if you require a place at After School Club.
All clubs are limited as to how many children they can accept and it is
likely that you will not get what you want if your form comes in late.
All forms must be returned by 9.30 a.m. Tuesday 13th January (clubs
start up week beginning Monday 19th January), but it will be a case of first
come, first served.
Please discuss with your children the clubs they wish to attend as sometimes we
have had a problem with children being put into a club which they do not wish to
be in.
