CONFRIMATION OF PURCHASE

We refer to the agency agreement dated 01/01/2014 and the murabaha

facility agreement dated 04/01/2014 (the murabaha facility agreement)
and the purchase order dated 21-08-2014( the transaction documents )

1. We have (receive delivery /made an examination ) of the asset specified in

the attached appendix A to this annexure.
2. As at the date hereof, title to the asset has been transferred to the bank
( as our un disclosed principal ) from the seller ;and
3. The title to the asset is free from any defect and there are no
encumbrance, claims or liabilities affecting the assets.
We acknowledge that the bank is relying upon the matters stated in this
certification.
Capitalized term out defined herein shall have the same meaning as in
murabaha facility agreement.
