Context of the lesson
This lesson is the 7 lesson for grade 6 in ICT class. It is about Microsoft word,
teach students some of tools in Microsoft such as , Header , footer , watermark,
pager color, and page number.
Learning outcomes By the end of the class students will be able to
Getting them used to make a professional report by using these tools.
Teaching goal
The overall aim of the lesson is to teach students the important tools in Microsoft
word through using for report and others, such as create a themes and format
it , using a quick parts in document , formatting a background of the document ,
and create a header and footer for the page.
Learning objectives Students will be able to:
Recognize students how to make background for the documents page color,
watermark , and page borders)
Recognize students how to make header and footer for the documents day &
date, page number
Recognize students to use a text box.
Assumptions about prior learning
The learner will be familiar with how to open Microsoft word , typing a text and
edit it by using some tools, but they didnt know how to make a header , footer ,
page number, water mark , and page color for the documents.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions
Some learners will find difficult to differentiate between a names of tools. So I
will clearly demonstrate the names of tools and where they can find it.
Personal focus for this lesson
Using a body language and gestures, and controlling my tone voice.
Care about a levels of students, to know how I arrive for them the information,
and choose the activities.
Make a classroom more interactive to engage students.
Determine a language and the suitable vocabulary to use it.
