ABSTRACT
Enforcement of immigration laws in preventing the entry of illegal immigrants
to Indonesia is a requirement, so that there are immigrants who can be properly
supervised in accordance with applicable procedures. Enforcement of sanctions
against misuse of entry permits as immigrants that often occur during the handling of
this has not got serious, and how far the success of the enforcement of immigration
laws can be applied in Indonesia is in accordance with the regulations
berlaku.Adapun will be problems in this research is How to pre- requirements and
procedures for admission as an immigrant to get in Indonesia, How abuse of
admission as an immigrant and the legal consequences under the Law. 9 Year 1992
on Immigration and How immigration enforcement in preventing the entry of illegal
immigrants to Indonesia.
The method used in this research is normative legal. Normative research
methods are also called doctrinal studies (doctrinal research) is a study that analyzed
the law written in the books (law as it is written in the book).
