    Instructions:
    Time must be input in hh:mm format.
    The x and / columns allow you to multiply or divide by an non-time number
    This multiplies by the x cell and then divides by the / cell
    The time in the left column must be positive, however:
    The x or / column can be negative
    The total must still be positive

    Instructions:
    It is possible to put in times with no date, e.g. 12:23. Excel will assume a date of 1/1/00.
    If you want to subtract a greater time value from a lesser time value, use dates so that Excel knows
    that the lesser time is acutally earlier.
