Pl do speed test procedure at MDF

1.Speed test :
Enter into command prompt in pc then
ftp 218.248.255.137
username: bsnl123
password: bsnl123
hash
bin
mget 10MB_File.rar
at the end of the file download you can see download speed in kilo bytes/sec.
multiply by 8 to get kilo bits/sec and divide it by 1024 to get speed in mbps.
NOTE-to check upload speed replace mget with mput

Pl also provides the snapshot of following commands and these to be taken at

MDF.

2. SNR and Attenuation of customer port at MDF

3. Trace route of the affected sites.
Eg C:\tracert www.google.co.in

4. Ping of affected sites

Eg c:\ping www.google.co.in -t

5. C:\nslookup
6. Ping of DNS
Eg c:\ ping < DNS

IP > -t

7. BNG IP which is 10.238.58.1 for all customers.
