Quick guide for NeoGate TG200 and FreePBX

1.

Check the status of NeoGate, make sure the status is Idle

2.

Click on SIP Settings and choose the method to connect to FreePBX, the most easy way is
service provider, which is recommended one

192.168.5.213 is FreePBXs IP, and its port 5060


Click on incoming calls and choose that trunk GSM2 to right side, and we set 101 for direct
number here, (101 is the DID number I set for the route of FreePBX)

Setting for receiving calls is done, we need to set for the outbound route here

click on outgoing routes and set the dial pattern, then choose the GSM trunks at right side
Then the settings at NeoGate side are finished, lets turn to FreePBX
Create a trunk in FreePBX to connect to NeoGate,192.168.4.151 is the IP of NeoGate here

5.

Create an inbound route and outbound route for this trunk


I choose IVR as the destination of inbound route and enable direct dial
The DID number here is 101, which is I just set at NeoGate s inbound route
For outbound route, I set the X. as the dial pattern, and choose that trunk to NeoGate

6.

This is the settings of IVR, enable direct dial

7.

The settings at both sides are finished, for incoming calls via NeoGate to FreePBX, when you
dial the SIM card number, you can dial the extension number of FreePBX directly, for
outgoing calls, we need to follow the rules of outbound routes, its 9+phone number here.
