Myers Briggs and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Test Results
Use a simple, professional, easy to read, Letter of Transmittal to submit the following to your
instructor:
1. One of the most popular personality tests is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator which is
based on Jungs model. Read the handout which is Chapter 2 from:
Kroeger, O. & Thuesen, J. M. (1988). Type Talk: The 16 Personality Types that
Determine How We Live, Love, and Work. New York: Dell Publishing.
Go to the following website and take the Jung Typology Test. (The marriage test
may be important to you, but we will not discuss it in class. ). Follow the links
to the Jung Typology Test. Print the results and any other information you choose
to help you better understand your personality type. Write a couple paragraphs
discussing why you agree or disagree with the test results. Attach the internet
results to your assignment.

2. Print the results of the EQ on-line test that is associated with the Bradberry & Greaves
text. Include a paragraph or two describing your reaction to the results: Do you agree or
disagree? What areas do you think need improvement? Etc.
Paragraphs written by students should be single-spaced, Times New Roman 12 point font with
1 margins on all sides. The use of a title, headings and subheadings improves professional
presentation. Including citations and references where appropriate also improves professional
presentation.
