FollowingaretheTermsandConditionsandrules("Terms")whichshallbeapplicabletoallServicesandfareconditionsofthebookingmadewhichshall prima facie constitute a binding contract of carriage between the Customer
andGoAirlines(India)Ltd.(the"GoAir").TheTermsmaybereadasastandalonedocumentormaybereadwithsuchotherdocuments/termsasmayapplytoaparticularService/situation/circumstance/transactionandas
the context may require such other documents/ terms will prevail over these Terms as may be indicated. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that GoAir may at its sole discretion add to, modify or amend the Terms
(includingtheCharges)fromtimetotimeandsuchchangesshallbecommunicatedtotheCustomer,butindividualcommunicationmaynotbesenttoCustomer.GoAirmaypublishnoticesofgeneralnature,whichareapplicable
to the Customers on GoAir's Website or in any other mode as may be decided by GoAir. Such communication and notices would have the same effect as a notice served individually to each Customer. The Customer may
discontinueavailingofService,failingwhichtheCustomershallbedeemedtohaveacceptedthechangefromtheeffectivedatementionedinthenoticeorfromthedateasmaybespecifiedbytheapplicablelaw.GoAir may be
requiredtoabidebytherulesandregulationsofregulatorybodiestowhichitisormaybeaffiliatedandtheCustomeragreestoabidebysuchrulesandregulations.TheCustomeragreesthatavailingofServicesissubjecttothe
rulesandregulationsintroducedoramendedfromtimetotimebytheDirectorateGeneralofCivilAviation(DGCA)oranyotherregulatoryorauthorityempoweredbylaw.
1. AccuracyofPersonalInformation&ConfirmationofBooking&FlightSchedule
a. TheCustomerisresponsibleforthecorrectnessofinformationsuppliedtoGoAirfromtimetotime.IftheCustomerhasreasontobelievethatthereisanerrorintheinformationfurnishedto
GoAir,theCustomershallimmediatelycallGoAirCustomerCallCentre,at09223222111/02025662111.
b. GoAirshallnotbeliableorresponsibleinanymannerwhatsoever,foranyconsequencesarisingoutofanyerroneousormisleading,incorrect,untimelyorincompleteinformationfurnishedbythe
Customer.
c. ThebookinginGoAir'sdatabaseistheprimaryrecordofcarriageandintheeventofanydifferencesbetweenthisticketandGoAir'sdatabase,theinformationrecordedinGoAir'sdatabaseshall
prevail.
2. Fares,taxesandsurcharge
FaresaschargedfromtheCustomershallincludeapplicablepassengerservicefee,cutecharge,servicetax,cess,fuelsurcharge,conveniencefeeandadditionalairportfee&UserDevelopmentFeeonflights
fromcertainairports.Faresaresubjecttochangewithoutpriornotice.
3. ChangestoBookings
Subjecttoavailabilityandpaymentofallapplicableamounts,changescanbemadetoyourbookingasfollows:
a. ChangeofdateortimeofthebookedticketcanbemadebynotifyingGoAiratleast2hourspriortotheScheduledDepartureTimeeitherbyvisitingWebsiteorattheairportticketingcounterorby
callingCustomerCallCentre.TheCustomershallbeliabletopaytheChargesforsuchchanges,fordetails,pleasereferWebsitewww.GoAir.in.
b. Nochangeofnameasprintedontheticketwillbepermitted.
4. CancellationandRefund
a. TheCustomershallcancelthebookingonlytwohourspriortoscheduleddeparture.TheCustomershallbeentitledtorefundofticketaspertherefundrulesandafterdeductingcancellationcharges
applicabletotheticketissuedandmorespecificallymentionedinthecitizencharter.Cancellationsofbookingslessthan2hourspriortothescheduleddeparturetimewillbetreatedas"NoShow
Customers"andrefundrulesapplicabletosuchcasewillapply.Refundforcancellationofabookingmadethroughanauthorisedtravelagentoronlinetravelportalswillberefundedbacktothetravel
agentoronlineportal,andtheCustomershallcontactthetravelagentortheonlineportalforcollectingrefund.Wherethecancelledticketwasbookedusingcredit/debitcard,therefundamountwill
becreditedtothecredit/debitcardaccountthroughwhichtheticketwasbooked,withinatleast15businessdaysofsuchcancellation.
b. IncasebookingsaredoneatGoAirticketingcounterbymakingcashpayment,theapplicablerefundamountuponcancellationwillbeprocessedandreturnedbywayofanaccountpayeechequein
thenameoftheCustomermakingthebookingwithin15businessdaysofsuchcancellation.
c. Incaseof'NoShow'orCancellationofpromotionalfaresticketstheentiregrossfareshallbeforfeitedbyCustomerexceptapplicablePassengerServiceFee(PSF)andUserDevelopmentFee
(UDF)whichshallberefundedinthesamemodeofpaymentinwhichthepaymentwasoriginallyreceivedandonlyuponreceivingsuchrequestinwritingfromtheCustomerwithin15calendardays
fromthedateofCancellationor'NoShow',asapplicable.
5. Cancellationandreschedulingofflights
GoAirshallonabesteffortbasisoperatetheflightsaspertheschedule,providedthatitreservestherighttocancel,reschedule,postpone,preponethescheduleoftheflightoralterthestoppingplaceordeviate
fromtherouteofthejourney,andtheCustomershallnotraiseanydisputeorgrievanceagainstGoAirinanymannerwhatsoever.Incaseofanysuchcancellationorreschedulingofanyflightduetoanyreason,
GoAirfollowsapolicyasstipulatedbyDGCAfromtimetotimeandasisapplicabletodenialofboarding,cancellationordelayofflight.Customersonhopping/viaflightsareherebyinformedthatotherthanon
medicalgrounds,theyarenotpermittedtodeplaneatthestopoverstation.Formoredetails,pleaserefer'CitizensCharter'onWebsite.
6. BaggageAllowance
a. CheckedinbaggageallowanceperCustomerisasfollows:ForGoSmartandGoFlexi:15kgsForGoBusiness:35kgsAnyexcessbaggagewillbecharged@Rs.250perkg.
b. Inadditiontothecheckedinbaggageallowance,Customersareallowedtocarryhandbaggagetotheaircraftsubjecttoamaximumweightof7kgsperCustomer.Customerstravelingwithan
infantagedbetween7daysto24monthsareallowedtocarryoneadditionalsmallcabinbaggageforbabyfoodetc.andonefullycollapsiblebabypushchairorstrollerorbabybasket,themaximum
weightofadditionalbaggageforinfantshallnotexceed7kgs.
c. Thesizeofthecabinhandbaggageshallnotexceed55cmx35cmx25cm(Total115cms).GoAirassumesnoresponsibilityorliabilityfordelayincarriageofbaggagebyair.Pleasenotethatno
handbaggage,otherthanlaptop,digitalcameraandvaluablesispermittedwhileboardingfromSrinagar,JammuandLehAirports.
d. Forhealthandsafetyreasons,GoAirwillnotacceptanyindividualbaggageitemexceeding32kgs.Foroversizedbaggage,includingsporting,musicalequipmentetc.anadditionalchargeofRs.
1000/perbaggagepersectorwillbelevied.GoAirreservestherighttorefusetocarryanyluggagethatdoesnotcomplywithitspolicies.
e. Customersarealsoadvisedthatvaluableitemssuchasjewelry,computersandelectronicdevices,keys,importantdocuments/materials,medicationsormedicalequipmentthatcannotbereplaced
easilyshouldnotbeincludedinthecheckinbaggage.GoAirdotakemeasurestoensurethatyourcheckinbaggageistransportedsafelytothedestination,however,itdoesnotacceptany
responsibilityincasethecheckinbaggageincludingvaluableitemsplacedinitaremisplaced,stolenorbrokenintransitexceptasdescribedbelow.
f. IncaseoflossofcheckinbaggagesolelyduetoournegligencethenGoAirwouldbeliabletopayforthelossofbaggagesubjecttoasumcalculatedattherateofRs.200perkgmultipliedby
weightofsuchlostbaggagesubjecttoamaximumofRs.4000/perbag.
7. BaggageScreening
Whereverrequired,checkinbaggageshouldbescreenedthroughanXraymachinebyCustomerbeforeproceedingwithcheckincounter.
8. DocumentsrequiredtobeproducedbyCustomeratthetimeofCheckIn.
a. PhotoIdentityCard:Customersarerequiredtopresenther/hisvalidphotoidentificationatthetimeofcheckin.
b. ValidticketandBoardingpass:TheCustomershallensuretocarryavalidticketorboardingpassatalltimesduringthejourney.
c. Credit/DebitCard:Customerwhohasbookedticketswithcredit/debitcardisrequiredtobringalongforverificationpurposesonly,theoriginalcredit/debitcardoraphotocopy(bothfrontandback)
ofthesame(PleasehidetheCVV(threedigitnumberwrittenonthebackofyourcredit/debitcard).ThoseCustomerswhohavemadethebookingusinganotherperson'scredit/debitcard,are
requiredtofurnishadulysignedauthorizationletterfromthecardholderalongwithatruephotocopyofthatcredit/debitcardasdescribedabove.
d. GoAirreservestherighttocancelanybooking,incaseofsuspectedfraudorotherwisewithoutanypriornoticeorascribinganyreasonstotheCustomer.
9. CheckinandBoardingClosingTime
a. Checkincommences2hourspriortothescheduleddeparture(3hoursincaseofSrinagarandJammuairports).Checkincountercloses45minutespriortothescheduleddeparturetime.The
Customerisrequiredtobepresentearlyatthecheckincounterwithluggagedulyxrayedandwithallvalidtraveldocumentsbeforethecloseofcheckincounter.
b. Inordertoavoidlastminuterush,Customersareadvisedtoreportearlyatleast60minutespriortothescheduleddeparturetime(90minutesincaseofSrinagarandJammuairports)atthecheck
incounter.
c. BoardingGatecloses25minutespriortothescheduleddeparturetime.IncasetheCustomerdelaysorfailstoshowupintimeatthecheckincounterorattheboardinggate,thentheCustomer
willbetreatedas"noshow"andgrossfarepaidwillbeforfeitedexceptfortheapplicablePassengerServiceFee(PSF)andUserDevelopmentFee(UDF)whichshallberefundedinthesamemode
ofpaymentinwhichthepaymentwasoriginallyreceivedandonlyuponreceivingsuchrequestinwritingfromtheCustomerwithin15calendardaysfromthedateofCancellationor'NoShow'.
10. AirlinesRighttoRefuseBoarding

GoAirreservestherighttorefuseboardingtoCustomerwhoareconsideredtobeunrulyinthebestjudgementofGoAir,undertheinfluenceofalcoholordrugsorwhosebehaviorisfoundtobeviolentorabusive,
orwhereGoAirbelievethatdenialofboardingisnecessaryformaintaininggoodorderordisciplineonboard,thesafety,protection,securityandcomfortofotherCustomersorfortheprotectionofthesafetyofthe
aircraftand/orotherassets.Suchpersonswillbetreatedasnoshowandgrossfarepaidwillbeforfeited.
11. RighttoSearch
GoAirreservestherighttosearchCustomersbaggageforreasonsofsafetyandsecurityandtocheckwhetherthebaggagecontainsanyunacceptableorprohibiteditems.IftheCustomerrefusestocomplywith
suchsearchesorscan,wereservetherighttorefusecarriagetosuchCustomerandher/hisbaggagewithoutrefundoffareandwithoutanyotherliability.
12. InFlightSnacksandBeverages
ForCustomersflyingonGoBusinessticket,complimentarysnacks/beveragesareofferedonboard.ForotherCustomers,wehavemadearrangementwithareputedserviceprovidertoprovideaselectedrange
ofsnacksandbeveragesforconsumptiononboardonchargeablebasis.ThoughGoAirshalltakereasonablestepstoprovideCustomerswithfresh,healthyandhygienicsnacksandbeverages,itassumesno
liabilityorresponsibilityinrespectofthequality,quantityorsufficiencyofsuchinflightsnacksandbeverages.Customersmaychoosetolodgetheircomplaintinrespectofsuchinflightsaleoffoodandbeverage
serveddirectlywiththeserviceproviderwhosecontactdetailswillbemadeavailableonboard.
13. ModeofBooking
TheCustomermaybooktheirticketeitherbyvisitingourwebsitewww.goair.inorattheairportticketingcounterorbythroughCustomerCallCentreorthroughanydesignatedtravelagentsoronlinetravelweb
portals.GoAirassumesnoresponsibilityorliabilitytotheCustomerforanybookingsmadethroughanyothermodeotherthanspecifiedhereinoranyconsequencesarisingtherefrom.
14. ModeofPayment
a. TheCustomermaybookticketsbyusingcredit/debitcardthroughanyofthemodesmentionedinclauseaboveorbypayingcashattheairportticketingcounter.
b. CustomerswhorequestforduplicateprintoutsoftheitineraryattheairportreservationcounterswillhavetopayanadditionalfeeofRs.50perprintout(inclusiveofservicetaxandcess,if
applicable).
15. GoverningLawandDisputesettlementmechanism
TheseTermsshallbeconstruedbyandgovernedinaccordancewiththelawsofRepublicofIndiaandshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecompetentcourtsatMumbai,India.
16. Detailedtermsandconditions
ItismandatoryandobligatoryfortheCustomerstogothroughthedetailedtermsandconditionsandthecitizenscharterwhichgovernbookingofticketsandtravelinGoAirnetworkwhicharedisplayedatGoAir
websitewww.GoAir.in.BookingofticketconstitutestheentireacceptanceoftheseTermsfortravelwithinGoAirnetwork.
