    1. We understand that the services of Mr.

    M Jawed have been obtained by GT &


    GE Division for ongoing projects (of NESPAK). For some of the ongoing
    projects we do need minor inputs of Mr. M Jawed for Probabilistic/
    Deterministic Seismic Hazard Analysis and derivation of more specific PGA
    values.
    2. Please note that Mr. M Jaweds inputs will be intermittent and may comprise a
    few days and these were mentioned in the project when he was working as
    Advisor GT & GE Division.
    3. You are therefore requested, that the services of Mr. M Jawed may please be
    rendered to us as per the agreed Terms and Conditions. At the same we shall
    assure that none of the tasks/ timelines assigned to him by your Division
    should be deferred or delayed.
