Plan Changes:
1) Plan must include SMART goals for student achievement in all
subgroups of race and economic status; 50% reduction in achievement
gaps compared to white students by 2017
2) Plan must be publicly presented in coordination with the Worlds
Best Workforce plan
3) Starting in the 2017 school year, Integration funding will be reduced
if a district is not making adequate progress in achieving its SMART
goals; state level intervention will occur at that time
4) Spending allocations have changed:
80% Innovative and Integrated Learning Environments
20% Professional Development
