UNITY AS A MEET ME CONFERENCE MANAGER

1. CREATE PT and CSS for MEETME XFRNCING

1.1 Create a Meetme_PT and a meetme_CSS with Meetme_PT in it
1.2 Assign the meetme_PT to the meetme number
1.3 Assign the meetme_CSS to all voice mail ports and the phones that will inititate
meetme conferencing
2. Create Meet me Call Handler
2.1 Create meet me CallHandler, Assign it same extension as meetme number in
Callmanager
2.2 Set Meetme CallHandler to ring extension of Meet-me Conferencing
2.3 Setup Call Handler to do supervise transfer
2.4 Under Gather Call information section of CH, check confirm and ask callers name

Create a new call handler called Anything ( mine is Welcome to Meetme)
Welcome to MeetME CH:

Assing Extension to it as shown Above: eg 8000 ( this is the CTI_RP number 1.e number users
will dial to get into the conference)

Task 3.2
Record a greeting for the Callhandler eg: Welcome to Meetme Conferencing, to enter the
conference press 1.

On the caller Input, Map Key 1 to send caller to Call Handler, select MEETME ( and attempt xfer
for CH)

6. Create a CTI_RP with DN eg 8000 ( number users will dial to ente xferencing). On the CTI_RP,
set CFwdall to Voicemail
