AFFIDAVIT of PROBABLE CAUSE
1. On February 18,2015, the Ephrte Police Deparment vas dspatched by Lancaster County Wide Communications to
‘epand to 526 Eact Moin Steet, apartnert within Ephrata Boreugh, fr 2 shooting tat had just ccued. Officers
rived atthe lcation at approximately 0625 rs, arc oune the ici, Macica Mie, ceceased of apparent gunshot
‘wounds in the parking tof the aparcent complex. The deceased resided at 526 East Man at. K wth her daughter
Magan vorsh.
2. During an interview, Lorah sated that she awoke ta what she beieved to be four (4) gunshots. Lora went othe
tony of her apartment ad looked down to the paring ot where she observed her mother (the deceased) Ing on the
round, face dow im Bood. Lorah immediatly called 911.
