Hightech both.

Income Tax/ Wealth Tax Returns (with computation sheet), for the last three
years for the directors/guarantors of SRS Retreat and Hightech.
Details of Proprietor/Partners/Directors/Guarantors along with their
Background and Form 135 duly supported by documentary evidence.
Sales/Purchase Figures up to previous Month along with Sales Tax / VAT
Returns
Proof of filing of Annual Returns with ROC in case of Pvt. Ltd. and Ltd.
companies.
Proof of raising the authorized capital/ paid up capital and allotment of shares
in case Pvt. Ltd/Ltd company.
Proof of filing of changes in directorship with ROC.
Documentary evidence of payment of statutory dues.

Statement of account for the last six months.

CMA data in Format. (With DSCR in case of TL)
List of Major Shareholders / Shareholding pattern
Details of collateral securities along with copies of the Title Deeds; Approved
sanction plan; last property tax paid receipt.
