    evidenceanddescribetheprocessesusedforthose.

    Thecrimeyouresearchdoesnothavetobeviolent.
    Youmayfinditdifficulttosatisfythecriteriaaboveifyouchooseacrime
    whichoccurredalongtimeagoasforensicscienceisarelativelyrecent
    branch of police work. (eg researching Jack the Ripper may prove
    difficult,eventhoughquiteabitofinformationisavailableaboutthat
    particular crime spree, because forensic science was not an important
    aspectofpoliceworkatthetime).
    Theremaybevastamountsofinformationaboutthecrimeyouchoose,so
    youshouldbecarefultosummarisetheimportantaspects.
