The complete police report, and any associated documentation, is considered to be criminal investigation information or material. As such, itis exempted from disclosure under Section 2.2-3706 (F}(1) of the Code of Virginia (Freedom of Information Act). Criminal Incident information: Case #2014-017547 As a result of an investigation that began on August 5, 2014 into several cyber-tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Mr. Alan Ciyde More was formally charged (on 10/3/2014) with ten (10) felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Due to the electronic noture of these crimes, the dates, times, and locations are generic in nature as the images were downloaded on multiple occasions during the month of June in 2014 on-campus using campus internet resources. From this Investigation, there appears to be no physical injuries and the case does not involve stolen property. This case is being investigated by Sergeant Thomas Bacigalupi, the George Mason University Police Department's liaison to the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.
