Rights are divided into moral and legal rights.

Moral rights are those that can


be argued by people from their own ethical code or viewpoints about whether
a particular moral right exists. However, even though people may argue that a
particular law is not fair, they do not have the capability to deem it as not
necessary or obligatory as it is currently the law.
Moral rights and responsibilities are not enforceable, but instead are
persuadable to others.
Only those who are persuaded and believe that these rights and
responsibilities are binding are likely to behave accordingly.
In reality, the passing of new laws and law reform have been influenced by the
moral views shared within a community.
