Testaments
If you have trouble submitting the online form, then you may type the answers to these
questions and submit as a Word Document. Email your document to jreynolds@tcss.net. The
subject of your email should have your name and Senior Will (Example Jennifer Reynolds,
Senior Will). Your form must be submitted no later than
1.

March 31, 2015.

What is your name? Type first, middle, and last names (For example: Jennifer Leslie
Smith).
2. What is your nickname? (What name do you go by?)
3. Provide the inspirational quote that you would like printed with your senior portrait in the
yearbook. Quotes must be a complete sentence, no more than 200 characters, and
include the author of the quote.
Example: "I guess if a person never quit when the going got tough, they wouldn't have
anything to regret for the rest of their life." - Lance Armstrong
4. School Activities: In the activities section, you will list all of the extracurricular activities
you have participated in throughout your four years of high school, as well as any
leadership positions you held.
Use the following number guide: (1) 9th grade; (2) 10th grade; (3) 11th grade; (4) 12th
grade
An example of an acceptable senior activity list is:
{Class President 4, Basketball 1-4, Beta Club 1-4, National Honor Society 2-4, Green Team
3-4, Marching Band 1-4, Ambassador 4, Prom Committee 3}
5. Senior Last Will and Testament: Please submit your Last Will using the following format:
I, (your name), a graduating Senior of Brookwood High School, being of (adjective) mind
and (adjective) body do hereby leave the following:
___________________________________________.
6. From the Class of 2015, who SHOULD HAVE dated?
7. "If only I could have dated...." Who do you wish you could have dated?
8. Senior Prophecies: Where do you see yourself in ten years? What do you see yourself
doing?
9. Last Will for Teachers: Feel free to "leave" your favorite memories with some of your
teachers or give thanks to those that influenced you the most or helped you along the
way.
10.Of all the classes you took in high school, what was your favorite and why?
11.What were some of your favorite high school memories?
12.What was your favorite song of the year?
13.What was your favorite movie of the year?
14.What was your favorite fashion trend of the year?
15.What was your favorite school cafeteria meal?
16.What does it mean to you to be a member of the first Brookwood High School graduating
class to attend the new school?
17.Do you have any advice for the underclassmen? Anything you wish you had known?
18.We will not include phone numbers or addresses in the Senior Book, but many of you may
wish to stay in touch with your classmates after graduation via Social Media. If you would
