My worldview

From looking back at this semester I have learned so many different worldviews
and I want to know more and look deeper into each one of them. This is something that
has sparked my thoughts because there is a world with so many different worldviews.
Looking back on what I have learned about Hindusim and Muslim I have noticed the
world different I appreciate different peoples worldview. I find it interesting because this
is the world I am growing up into with so many worldviews which people have a passion
about makes me want to have a passion of my own.
Growing up in a Christian environment I have always known God, he was always
there and I thought about what it would be like to not know about him. Once I started
high school God became more involved in my life and I began to come to him more
often. This idea of a higher power makes sense because who else would have placed
humans here if we did not have a purpose. But for most people I think that this idea
would make more sense for there own well being, As for myself I believe in God and all
the beliefs that go along with it. Throughout all the bad stuff I have done in my life I
believe that my relationship with God will always be strong. Even though college has its
temptations I believe God will always guide me back to the right path. I have always
imagined God will reveal himself in a dream of mine, I wanted to believe that will come
true. But in reality we all have to be patient and greatness will come. I imagined God
someone like Santa Claus but we all have our own imagination and this was
mine.Despite the fantasy God can love someone unconditionally even though they
have done so many wrong things. This is what I love about God, he forgive you and
cares so much about us that it hurts him to see us fall away from him. This is one of the
reasons I want to go into archeology anthropology because I want to go in so much
deeper and study the evidence of Jesus time. This really sparks an interest in me and I
believe God placed it there so I can develop a different kind of passion for God and
serve him that way.
As every worldview finds its ability to know I have my source as well. My ability to
find truth comes from the bible. I trust this item because I believe it came from God and
every piece of story that was written has a purpose. From Jesus time and to the
modern world there has been evidence about the flood and the parting of the red sea.
The bible has always been here on earth, if someone were to change the truth from the
bible they would have done it by now because people believe the bible and its truth. I
believe the bible and every word that is written in it because it came from God and has
a purpose on earth which is to be known to the world, God intended it be so. For others
I have confidence that people will surely find their own ability to know the truthful
meaning like I have found mine. It may be a while but surely God intended it to be,
because it is his word be done.
The world around us, I believe it did not come from nothing because how else
would humans embrace so much intelligence, it just does not makes sense to me. The
nature of our world has to start from somewhere and I believe God created this
universe. Sometimes I want to imagine what the universe would be like but its not
possible because I do not have the ability to know. The creation story from the bible
makes sense for how our world started but once the flood happened little things
changed here on earth. To be on earth from the beginning is something I would love to
see because everything seemed so calm and I would imagine it was beautiful, God is

true artist to make this universe possible. But all good things must come to an end as
temptation and evil entered this masterpiece. Today as we go on with our lives we are
faced with challenges that evil throws at us. Our world is not perfect but with God in our
lives we can overcome those challenges because life is a long journey.
To be human is not easy we all have our faults and sometimes it takes over our
lives. But how do we define being human? It seems so natural and we ask ourselves
What am I doing here? This is something people struggle with and its a simple answer I
do not know. Our God created us for a purpose, to go and make disciples. So what
defines a human? A human is a being who makes mistakes , does good for others,
selfish, and sinful. From looking at the answers listed it sounds as if humans are not
good we are broken people. There is not a such thing as perfect because were born
with a sinful heart. But at the end of every story there is hope and for humans God is
our only option. God can save us from our sinful nature and we can become new. To
become new we need to accept God into our hearts and be an example for others
which is not easy but possible.
People have this feeling of when they are doing right or wrong.This behavior
comes from ourselves and our own conscience. I believe that God set a behavior in
ourselves to determine right or wrong and I believe this comes from the bible. But it also
can come from our culture because we are a world with so many ideas we can learn to
develop the behavior of right or wrong. Also it can come the ten commandments
because these we the first laws made from the bible and people notice the
commandments but do not intend to follow the rules. Our morality is something that was
created for us God never wanted us to force his hand upon us, but gave us our own
choices.
At some point in our lives we ask ourselves why are we here? but its a simple
answer Jesus wanted us to go and makes disciples. To live in a world with many
temptations it can be easy to lose track of what matters most; God. But our purpose for
our lives is to spread the gospel of God that is why were are created. This may be
confusing for people but its the real reason and this should be meaningful to humans.
When Jesus left earth he told his disciples to go out into the world and make fishers of
men. Our world is filled with many materialistic items and for most people that is there
whole life. But the ultimate purpose is to live for Jesus because without him in our lives
we would be lost.
Most people are scared of what happens life after death. This is just gateway
towards what will happen in our next life for Christians. This is something that does not
scare me it use to but now I know that I will be with God. But as for people who have not
accepted Christ they will forever endure in hell along with Satan. As the hard times
come near its is not too late accept Christ because no matter what he will love us and
forgive us for all our sins. For those who have accepted Christ we shall forever be in
eternity with our God there is still hope and its not too late.
Our world today is broken and as many worldviews try to be fix our world through
good works , but it is not good enough. The worldview of Christianity states that the only
way to God is accepting him. Not only is this difficult we have to accept ourselves as
sinners. But my thoughts on Christianity is in good terms because although we still live
in a world with sin there is always hope. This is what I love about Christianity there is
always hope in God if we follow him we will surely be granted salvation. As for other

worldviews there is no hope, which is why as Christians we need to spread the word of
God.
