Procedure:
1. Unwrap the cheese into strips and book aside.
2. Simmer flour tortillas 20 seconds on each side to let the soft tortilla and then
remove from pan.
3. Place a few strands of cheese on the tortilla.
4. Fold in half the tortilla.
5. Add 1/4 cup of oil to the pan to fry the tortilla, about 1 minute on each side
until melted cheese.
6. Remove quesadillas from pan and drained of excess oil.
7. Serve with sliced romaine lettuce into strips, with over half cream and green
sauce.
Lemon water:
-3 lemons
-1 liter of water
-6 tablespoons sugar
-Pinch of salt
-Ice cubes

Procedure:
Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons in a liter of water, add sugar and salt and mix all
ingredients.
