Mr. Caceres creates a productive and nurturing classroom environment, he shows


the following strengths:

He maintains constant communication with parents


Volunteered to chaperon the Washington D.C. trip, MS Variety show, Student
vs. Teachers Basketball game, and the Thanksgiving dinner
Provides extra help to students on a daily basis and conducts review sessions
prior to the Math state exam
This year attended a Mathematics shifts for ELL educators conference.
Translated monthly letters to parents and provided translations to parents
during team meetings

Mr. Caceres may benefit from being more involved on committees

Summary:
As a new ESL teacher, Mr. Caceres has proven to be effective and dedicated. He
collaborated with Mrs. Ramirez, Mrs. Calabrese, and Mrs. Martinez and is a team
player within the department and the school environment. He has also been an asset in
translating documents and serving as a bridge to parents in need of translations. His
rapport with parents and students is commendable. Mr. Caceres takes constructive
criticism very well and is aware of his areas of growth. He shared wonderful ideas for
activities he plans to work on with parents next year, such as offering parent portal
training and participating and developing a club for ESL and mainstream students. He
is a wonderful addition to our program.
