AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION
I, ZOSIMO M. BUENDIA, of legal age, Filipino, single and with postal address
at 104A K2nd Street, Kamuning, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:
1.
I am the legitimate, only child, and sole heir of Zosimo A. Buendia, who
died intestate on 6 May 2008.
2.
At the time of his death, my father was the registered owner of a
residential condominium unit with an area of 80.86 square meters, situated as #31
Gardenville Condominium (Ilang-Ilang Building, Class C), Sta. Mesa, Manila, more
particularly described as follows:
Condominium Certificate of Title No. 4603
Building P Unit No. 31 of the project, which is a two (2) bedroom with an
area of 80.86 square meters, (Phase III, Stage II, of the Sta. Mesa Gardenvillle
Condominium known as Ilang-Ilang).

The decedent left no debts, nor any Last Will and Testament.

Pursuant to Section 1 of rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court, I, being the
sole heir of the decedent, and of sound mind, do hereby adjudicate unto myself the
above-condominium unit, and I hereby request the Register of Deeds of Manila to
register the same in my name and render the same effective.
5.
I execute this Affidavit to the truth of the foregoing and to cause the
registration of the above-mentioned property under my name and for all other legal
purpose it may serve.
Affiant states nothing further.
