I am disappointed in your response to the Government's Motion. You are attempting to derail my Appeal when there is a very good chance I can
win my Appeal. I don't know who you are working for or what threats you received, but I will continue fighting for vindication, to prove my
Innocence. I won't stop fighting to overturn my conviction. I don't care what you the law clerk and Judge Osteen do behind the scenes. I don't care
how corrupt all of you people are. I just want my life back and I want my rights back. I want the right to travel in any state without having to get
permission from the government. I want ALL OF MY RIGHTS BACK. I will not call myself a sex offender. I will even tell the Virginia State Police
I am not a Sex Offender and am a Sex Offender by fraud on the State Of North Carolina's part. I will never give up on proving my innocence no
matter what threats come my way. I
am persistent and god made me that way. Jesus wants me to beat my conviction because it's not warranted. All glory goes to god and all glory goes
to Jesus the son of God. I don't care about the Masons or even the Illuminati. I don't care what corrupt stuff you are all involved in. I just want my
life back and that is all. Phil Berger can continue being the corrupt State Senator and can continue commiting crimes because I guess that is what
he is best at. Oh and thank you for sending me that hard drive with child porn as that will be used as evidence that Mayodan Police is corrupt as
heck and will do whatever it takes to convict me and put me under a Probation violation. The Court Appointed Attorneys are frauds and my
victiory will prove there needs to be a reform of the corrupt CJA panels. Corruption is meant to fall and evil is meant to be damned by God.
Judgment day is coming for all
criminals in the judicial system. Can any of the crooks justify their actions in front of god. We all face our life reviews. I feel sorry for you.
