Philosophy
of
Educational
Leadership:
The
school
leader
has
the
potential
to
nurture,
support,
and
assist
in
reaping
benefits
for
the
entire
learning
community.
When
a
school
leader
has
taken
the
pledge
to
guide,
grow,
and
reap,
they
will
be
on
the
correct
path.
The
children
in
a
learning
community
with
such
school
leader
will
be
able
to
sense
the
air
of
caring
and
support.
This
added
benefit
spreads
the
idea
of
understanding,
caring,
and
growth
potential
into
the
areas
of
life
that
those
children
enter.
This
allows
for
continuous
change
toward
effective
support,
guidance,
and
learning.
