Course Title: Take Charge
Course Description:
The Take Charge Career Readiness and
Financial Responsibility course provides
multiple opportunities for individualization
of the course content as students work on
their own personal learning plans, resumes,
career interests, financial planning, and
postsecondary or employment options. The
course was also designed to be delivered in
a recommended sequence working on
career readiness skills toward independent
adult living. Other course content provides
foundational and exploratory information
appropriate for all students. Students can
further individualize their own learning
through extended learning opportunities
and deeper comprehension.
