Puppy Contract

Puppy has been Vet checked and has been found to be

free of genetic defects and is in good health. Customer
will have their state licensed Vet check the health of the
puppy with 48 hours to verify the pup state of health.
We, the seller, agree to warranty this puppy for 365 days
from the date of birth from any illness that is life
threatening and geneticly related. We the seller, will
replace the defective puppy with a puppy of comparable
quality and price, as determined by we, the seller, from
the next available litter, after safe return of the defective
animal. The documentation must explicitly and singularly
identify the cause of the puppys defect is genetically
related. The results of this documentation are to be
evaluated by a veterinarian of the sellers choosing to
confirm and authenticate the results provided by the
buyers veterinarian. The findings and opinion of the
sellers veterinarian are to be considered final and
ultimate opinion. All transportation expenses involved in
the returned of the original puppy as well as the
replacement puppy are the responsibility of the buyer.
We, the seller, do not agree to compensate the buyer for
any veterinarian expenses.
What is not covered: Roundworms, hookworms, giardia,

Demodex mites, coughs, and minor heart murmurs

(grade 3 or less) .Hips are not covered, knees are not, as
well as any dilute color genetic issues. Its been said that
dogs of certain color, i.e Blue etc, can have skin
disorders. Buyer should do his/her full research before
committing to buy a dog of rare or exotic color. The
opinion of the sellers veterinarian during the initial exam
is to be final regarding non-genetic illness and cannot
jeopardize the seller if the puppy is misdiagnosed by the
buyers veterinarian regarding diagnosis or prognosis of
the condition. All veterinarian expenses resulting from
this inspection are the responsibility of the buyer, not the
seller. In the unlikely event of said pup dying within a
year of birth, a full and conclusive autopsy must be
performed. Those results will be faxed to my vet. My vet
will have the ultimate final say in the findings. This
warranty does not cover any skin disorders including but
not limited to Allergies, Demdex, Color dilution Alopecia,
or Connective tissue disorders. We represent our pups as
being suitable as pets only! **We make no claim that they
are suited as breeding or show animals and we offer NO
compensation or characteristics that limit the dogs
ability to be bred or competively shown. Buyer buys s

Failure to sign and send this contract to seller voids this
warranty.
A NON-REUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE deposit of
$500 is required to hold your pup. Pup must be paid in full
by the age of 6 weeks. Shipping can be done by ground
or air, it is an extra fee.
